We live our busy lives in Hawaii, often forgetting about the beauty of our surroundings. We have to make a concerted effort to go to the beach and check out the new restaurants opening outside of our Kaka'ako neighborhood.

Kyle is super busy at school, preparing for SAT subject tests, APs and finals. Alan flew to Vegas for the Financial Forum, while ML went to Scotland for Emma's wedding.

We celebrated Alan's mom's birthday at Prince Hotel's seafood buffet. It was almost as good as the food brought to Mom's potluck dinner.
