We are adjusting back to US life.  Alan in CA, ML and Kyle in HI.  In SF, The Modernist in SF is one of our key social outlets.  ML and Kyle came back to CA for Chinese New Year with the family as well.  We went to the iHeart80's concert with New Kids on the Block, Starship, and Rick Astley.

Every 3 weeks, Alan goes to HI for a week - it's been helpful to overcome SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) caused by all the rain in CA.  We manage to find a date night while there as well.

For Kyle's Chinese homework, he had to do a video about our early dating period.  Alan's been posting pretty regularly on FB now that he's back in the US where FB isn't blocked and people actually use it.  See his MOMA video, Pearl Harbor video, and Kyle playing the pie-challenge game after the incredible Superbowl LI game.  We helped Kyle host his first Superbowl party with his Punahou friends in the awesome theater of Waihonua.  Kyle and ML volunteered at Punahou's huge Carnival.
