Dad and Auntie Daphne visited us in Singapore over Thanksgiving. ML got the delicious and moist turkey from the American Club and then put together the rest of the sides at home. I had just come back from the US, visiting Visa's SF headquarters, so it was great to just walk into such a sumptuous dinner. Dad and Auntie went on a Southeast Asian culinary tour, eating Kaya Toast for breakfast, laksa for lunch, chili crab for Saturday brunch at Riverside Jumbo restaurant, and Singapore's famous Hainan chicken rice at a famous stall less than 1 km away from our apartment. In between, ML took them to the awesome Gardens by the Bay, but they loved the Sun Yat Sen memorial hall the best. Actually, I'm sure they loved visiting us and seeing their grandson Kyle the best!
