First pic is still Shanghai - how weird is that lava flow between the apartment buildings? In Singapore, the Atlas Shrugged building is near Beach Road, where I stayed at the Park Royal service apartment while transitioning to my new role in Singapore. I went to the Singapore Social 2013 concert at the Garden by the Bay, where I saw Blush (5 Asian female band), Carly Rae Jepsen, and Ceelo Green, but the highlight for me was Psy doing Gangnam Style. During the weekend, I amused myself by eating awesome USDA ribeye at the new W (so much better than the Morton's in Shanghai), trying out a flight of Japanese whisky, renting a bike for an awesome ride along the ECP, and going to TimeOut recommendations like RedDot Brewery with the green "monster" beer, and the retro-Shanghai bar Jiu Zhuang (with the tag line "Established since your 1st drink").
