We went to Yi and Bryan's book signing for their new book 101 Stories for Foreigners to Understand Chinese People. Inspired by models striking funny poses next to us at the fabulous loft space, ML, Eugenia, and Angie modeled in the picture frame. Our friend Alistair visited and we took him to Ding Tai Fung of course. Kyle enjoyed the new kid center ThinkTown. We're shocked by the snow in Shanghai. Funny that Kyle has his first snow ball fight in Shanghai! ML flew down to HK to celebrate Lauren's first birthday. Alan joined a few days later, being the porter to bring Kyle to ML. We went on a date to the Intercontinental's famous steakhouse where we got to try the Australian Wagyu with 8 different types of salt. The bottle of red wine got us a bit loopy; or maybe it was relief at the end of a heavy conversation on the state of our relationship. All of our readers will be happy to know that we felt a breakthrough in our talks, and we look forward to entering our 10 year anniversary with a stronger marriage.
