Tina & George's Baby Shower

Lisa, Kathy, Emy and ML hosted Tina & George's Hawaiian-themed baby shower at Indalo (Spanish Tapas restaurant.  Gorgeous hula cake, leis for all, wonderful tapas and sangria, lively guests, and fun games.  We had 3 teams play the multi-rounds of baby shower games.  First, the men tried to drink beer from sippy cups but they couldn't even get a drop - until the stopper was removed.  Second, the taster tried to guess the baby food (including winners like Fish Paste and Carrot), but that was nothing compared to the eating contest.  Kathy was careful not to get Irene messy; Leo fed Sue-Ann to victory; but Luca's shoveling the baby food into Fiona's open jaw amused us the most.  Next, we played charades and Taboo, to typical hilarity and contesting of rules by overly-competitive types (we won't name names but you can probably guess who they are).  We finished up with the always-popular poopie-diaper guessing contest.  Check out the brave folks who smelled, and even tasted, the "poop" (melted Snickers, Kit Kat, and M&M's and PB).  Congrats to George & Tina!
