·         Polished PayPal China’s brand by signing up top merchants in key verticals - such as 360Buy, VANCL, Ctrip, e-Long, RenRen, Shanda, Air China, YiHaoDian, LiNing – to build their overseas business.  Positioned PayPal as the cross-border e-commerce thought leader with a PayPal-led China conference attended by 700 SMEs, 13 partners, and 30 media.  Released SME export market study

·      Developed Corporate Roadmap based on company priorities, customer research, and internal feedback from sales and customer support

·      Managed team of 4 PMs responsible for the user interface, reporting, and n-tier syndication

Managed the internal development of Jamcracker’s e-commerce IT Marketplace with Ariba’s Marketplace product

·      Developed ROI Model and defined requirements for integrating Ariba’s product into the Jamcracker platform.  Saved $1M in potential costs by leading effort to shut-down this project as market conditions deteriorated
